Dear All,
As we once again approach another major international festive season, this time, Chinese New Year, we may be experiencing a period of 3~4 days of a minor staff depletion. This is not permanent and is only due to the fact most of our staff would like to spend this festive season like how everyone else should, with their families and friends. However, our L3 administrators will continue working whilst our L1 and L2 admins will be temporarily lacking.
Our support services will be mainly opened in the TICKET HELPDESK, not Live Chat, so we urge all of you to forward all support requests to the TICKET HELPDESK where it will be responded by our committed staff team that will continue to operate during this festive season.
