[IMPORTANT] Service Announcement

Dear All,

As some of you may have noticed, we were short of L3 (Level 3) Administrative Staff Team last week and therefore was unable to process your requests hastily. However, this issue has been resolved and our staff team is currently fully operational and available to assist your needs. Due to this minor discrepancy, we will be compensating all users affected by this, please take note of the following:

- Dedicated IPs
If you have purchased a dedicated IP during this period of L3 Staff shortage, please open a support ticket or reply to your previous one informing us about your "Dedicated IP Setup". Upon doing so, we will setup your Dedicated IP within the next 24 hours and provide 2-Weeks back for FREE. So if you have purchased a Dedicated IP for a Month, you will get 14-Days on top of your 30-Days usage in compensation.

- Account Setup
If your account is experiencing problems with permissions (Using Master Reseller, ETC), inform us about this, we will instantly fix the issue and top-up 14-Days of usage back into your Hosting Account INSTANTLY. If you face any other issue with your account that has NOT YET BEEN RESOLVED, please contact us too via Ticket Helpdesk and we will compensate the above mentioned.

- General Support
IF your support queries were not properly answered during this period, we will provide a compensation via Credit to your account.

Your service with us is our number one priority and we will compensate wherever possible to cover your expectations.

We are really sorry once again for this unexpected staff shortage. We will definetly work to serve you better.
Once again, for those on the Aurora server, we have moved to a new server, please read the e-mail sent to you (Check My E-Mails in your Billing Account) - all accounts have been moved for you.
